Remove unused animations.
Update MediaControl prefabs to avoid extreme values when the mouse moves during a click action for certain buttons (fixes #15).
Fix queue not automatically playing a new entry when the queue is empty after manually removing all entries (fixes #16).
Some misc shader cleanup.
Update mediacontrols editor to auto-enable dropdown TMP toggles if a TMP component is detected.
