Utility should be working and usable now; updated readme some more; added SSS-RI.example.txt which is also hardcoded in Form1

Make ResourceScrambler work more properly, enable cleanup functions, improve readme.txt

Make ResourceScrambler be part of Form; easier to get log output, and fields don't need to be static

Remove unused code in form1, change some things to static for accessing from ResourceScrambler, clarify that a few stderr lines are affed by SSS for debugging.
Update readme.txt

Add ResourceScrambler (not started), add arbitrary numeral system converter, add Fisher-Yates shuffling for lists
